Data from an API may be provided proactively via webhooks rather than having to wait for each response. Webhook / API Integration
To use webhooks, your app has to be configured to require the contacts scope. This scope has to be setup before you can create any webhook subscriptions, whether through your developer account in the app’s settings or when using the Webhooks API to create subscriptions.
You may modify your URL and rate limit settings under your developer account’s configuration tab for your app.
These APIs can be used to programmatically configure webhook settings for an app. You should configure your apps utilising the UI. You must use your developer API key whenever you make a query to one of these APIs.
Following the configuration of your webhook URL and rate limit settings, you must create one or more subscribers.
